Galla Media may terminate this Agreement and your association of Galla Media services immediately with or without any written notice if you are in breach of this Agreement.

Under no circumstances Galla Media or any of their site(s) is liable to any kind of consequences or damages or loss of profits, goodwill, or use of data. If you are not satisfied with any of the services of the sites(s) offered by Galla Media, you are free to discontinue using the website.

6.Jurisdictions and Law

All the parties here agree that only Ontario Court of Justice, Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out due to any breach of this agreement or due to any other circumstances.
